Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") apply when you subscribe to Move Club via the Reaction Club platform. By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms and to Move Club's Terms & Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Free & Promotional Trials
- We may offer free or discounted trials (e.g., 7‑day paid trial, 14‑day free trial, or other promotional trials). All trial terms—duration, pricing, and any special conditions—are clearly displayed at signup.
- Automatic Conversion: Unless canceled at least 24 hours before your trial ends, your trial will convert to a paid subscription and you'll be charged the full price for the selected billing period.
- Promotional Pricing: Any introductory or promotional rate applies only to the first term. Afterward, your subscription automatically renews at the standard rate, unless we notify you of a material price change at least 14 days before it takes effect.
2. Subscription Renewal & Billing
- Auto‑Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle—weekly, monthly, quarterly (3‑month), or annual—until you cancel.
- Advance Billing: You will be billed in advance for each renewal period, using the payment method you've provided.
3. Payment Methods
- You may pay via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other processors we make available.
- By subscribing, you authorize Reaction Wellness Ltd. to charge your chosen payment method for all subscription fees and applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- How to Cancel: You can cancel at any time by submitting the Cancellation Form on our website.
- Timing: To avoid charges for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current trial or paid term.
- Effect of Cancellation: After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your paid period; then your subscription expires.
- No Proration or Refunds: Except where required by law, we do not issue refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Deleting the app alone does not cancel your subscription—you must follow the above procedures.
Money-Back Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Money‑Back Guarantee Rules are in addition to any refund rights granted by applicable law. If you subscribed to Move Club via our website and the money‑back option was presented at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.
I. Eligibility for Money‑Back Guarantee
To qualify for a refund under our Money‑Back Guarantee, all of the following must be true:
1. Timing
- You submit a refund request within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase and before the end of your current paid term.
2. Program Participation
- You have joined Move Club on the Reaction Club app and actively synced your step data.
- You have met your daily step goal on at least 2 days out of a consecutive 7‑day period within the first 30 days after purchase.
3. Proof of Participation
You provide screenshots from the Reaction Club app showing:
- Your account is active and you have completed the required 7‑day window; and
- You met your daily step goal on at least 2 distinct days during that period.
We will review your submission and notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
II. How to Submit a Refund Request

- Include in your message:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Date of subscription purchase
- Screenshots or logs proving you synced steps
- Send your request within 30 days of your purchase and before the next renewal date.
III. General Refund Rules
- Non‑Guaranteed Refunds. If you do not meet ALL Money‑Back Guarantee criteria above, subscription fees are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable, except as required by law.
- Case‑by‑Case Consideration. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds outside this guarantee for exceptional circumstances.
- Expired Subscriptions. Refunds can only be requested during an active subscription period. If your subscription expires before you request a refund, we cannot refund you.
IV. Consumer Rights & Legal Disclaimers
1. EEA/UK/Switzerland Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase under EU law. Because Move Club is a digital service supplied immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive the right to a full refund beyond our Money‑Back Guarantee. If you do exercise withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportionate to the service you received up to the withdrawal date.
2. U.S. State Law
Residents of states that grant a cooling‑off period (e.g., California, Connecticut) may cancel within the statutory period (typically three business days) for a full refund of any amounts paid.
3. No Other Guarantees
This Money‑Back Guarantee applies only to the specific conditions described herein. All other refund requests follow our General Refund Rules above.
V. Policy Precedence & Updates
- In the event of any conflict between this Money‑Back Guarantee and other policies, this document governs with respect to refund eligibility.
- We may update this policy at any time; material changes will be notified by email or in‑app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
